Quiet, organized and comfortable
A-z I enjoy the theater experience. At the embassy theater the staff is always friendly and helpful. I also note that you are hiring those with physical disabilities, which I applaud. I like being able to select and pay for my seats on the app. Unfortunately, when I visited two weeks ago (we go every friday for date day) I had some difficulties using the app to book (since resolved), it necessitated that use the kiosk purchasing station INSIDE the theater. It would not take my Santikos card, and I finally gave up and purchased without award assignation for the tickets (you need to fix that).

The birthday party experience was so amazing. Anna was very polite, kind, and extremely helpful. She was a great host for the entire duration of the party. If he have another party there I hope that she is the host. Thank you for making my son’s 10th birthday a great one!

Easy to purchase tickets! I do think it’s almost time for an update to the anderson location theater but all in all comfy, convenient and clean!

Comfortable theater and seats
I frequently go to Casa Blanca but since the Silverado was being renovated. Mind you we live by 8 minutes away from Casa Blanca. Silverado had always been a comfortable friendly theater to go to. That was not our experience when we returned. It was a nice place but the staff was cold and rushed even though there were hardly people at the theater. Not sure what’s going on there but I will not be going out of my to visit that location again.

We had a wonderful time on our field trip. The staff was welcoming and everything was ready when we arrived.
