I like how Santikos NB keeps the place clean and someone is always around to help if you have questions. I once asked a younger kid for help and he guided me to where I needed to go without hesitation. This makes me believe the managers are doing their job and giving their youngest workers the right tools (within their means) to deal with customers unfamiliar with the location. Food and drinks are a little expensive, but with all the charity that you do, it makes the few extra dollars mean something. I always like when we can round up at check out so maybe that can be something you add for another charity or to help your workers go to college or something. Santikos NB is one of my favorite things to do with my kids and I will be continuing to be that movie guru you have me classified as. Thanks for the good times Santikos.

We love Santikos in Alabaster, Alabama. The employees are friendly and helpful. Some of them even know us by name (we are in there almost every weekend).
I always enjoy going to the movies Atvv CV this location. The employees are friendly and the theatre alway clean.
The theater is lovely and the staff was very helpful. The food are gets dirty really fast, especially by the drinks, sticky floors.

I like everything about Santikos. The movie experience is great, the theater is very clean, and the food is good and there are with free refills on the popcorn and drinks. I also like the fact that Santikos gives back to the community.
Easy transaction to buy tickets and pick seats. Very nice, comfortable seating in cool, dark environment. Perfect for a hot, humid summer day! Movie screen, sound, all good.

Prompt, friendly, courteous service. I didn’t appreciate the small child and father conversing throughout the movie. The parent and child should have been asked to leave. I fully believe it is parent choice to bring a young child to a PG-13 movie that is a violent thriller. When that choice impinges on my ability to enjoy a movie I’ve paid greatly to watch (plus concessions) then it is unfortunate.
Theater was comfortable. Projection was perfect. I do wish you accepted cash, but that is a minor issue. I just don’t like having many small charges on my card.
Clean theaters. Would like a reduction or elimination of the service charge when purchasing tickets online.
What i didnt like was i picked the seats row D seats 1&2 and seat 2 did not work so I couldn't recline like everyone. So, yes I was disappointed thru out the whole movie.
