The ease of purchasing my tickets online. The great customer service at the concession stand and in the hallways when walking to our theater for the movie. So glad to have a Santikos closer to home.

Santikos Cibalo has quickly become my favorite theater! Cleanest theater, friendliest staff, and AVX! I have lots of theaters close to me but I always go out of my way to attend this one specifically because it truly feels like the best in San Antonio!

Great value for the reasonable price of a movie. Always clean, safe, cool, and fun. Good food at a good price makes its a wonderful experience for the whole family. We try to go at least a couple times a month.

Personnel is very nice and glad to help. The theatres are nice and clean. LOVE the recliners! Just an overall great way to enjoy myself watching a nice film. Kiddos!!!

The proximity of the theater to my house is wonderful. I love the updated seating in the theater and the automatic popcorn dispensing area. After 20 plus years of visiting the theater it’s so great to finally see the seating updates!!!
