I love how easy it was to purchase tickets through the app. I also enjoyed how fast the concession stand lines are (waited only 2 minutes, if that). The seats are super comfortable and the screens are easy to see no matter what position you are in in the theater.

Clean comfortable theater, good reasonably priced snacks and food at the snack bar, clean restrooms and a friendly staff to close out another nice experience at the Santikos in Cibolo.
Movie and seats and service was amazing, I wish the popcorn area was by the drinks since it’s seperate from the ticket area and I have to consistently show my ticket on my phone sometimes but overall always love the environment.
Everything is at your fingertips! Of course if you are slow at understanding the computer technology of buying your movie tickets and your choices of snacks and drinks, you’ll be standing there for a bit, Afterward, though, you feel in control, but then you realize all the employees behind the snack bar counter aren’t helpful. They automatically think you paid attention at the ticket kiosk that you’ll get a text on your phone with a barcode to scan to get the snacks you’ve bought at the ticket kiosk! Duh! Rather disorienting! Do love getting and buttering my own popcorn and pouring my own drink, though! The theater was clean and the seats were comfortable!!!
Santikos keeps their facilities clean and stockled with great food and drinks to sit back and enjoy a movie with family and friends.

Great customer service and overall experience! All icee drinks were out at the time of visit and the seats were a little dirty (in between you could see popcorn and candy from previous visitors)
I have never had a complaint about this location. The only thing I would say is the restrooms need to be checked more often.
Everything was fast, even in the confession line. It's very self serve but it was clean and there was plenty of staff around cleaning up and just available incase we had any questions.

I loved that it was clean!! We actually started to go to SANTIKOS because our go to place was not being cleaned properly. We have never gone back to the other place, SANTIKOS is now our go to theater.
