The people were very friendly and greeted us throughout each stage of our experience. The reclining chairs were comfortable. My only issue is that as a handicapped person who uses a rollator, I had to walk a long distance to get to my seat and the ramp going up to the seating area is fairly steep. I typically enjoy going to the AMC theater because the handicap seating is in the rear of the theater and much easier to get to. But for the most part, it was a very pleasant experience.

The employees. They are amazing!! Very friendly. They smile, they make eye contact. Not to mention they had to show me how to use that stupid machine that isn’t needed just to get our tickets.

I love the rewards that’s also I plus because I constantly use them I have never gone to another theater because of these benefits. I love how I get the information when a new movie is coming out on the app. I love the reclining seats. The staff is always good I love that ya serve food.

The theater is clean and has a good variety of movies. Staff was helpful. The only thing that I wish you would do is accept cash. I hate having a lot of small charges on my card. One for the ticket, one for concessions. I would prefer to pay cash.
