We love the friendliness of staff, cleanliness of theater, food, and Tuesday specials. I try to gather a group of ladies together once a month when a girl flick is showing and we have a fantastic time !!!

My first experience with Santikos theatres was at the Century South in the late 60s. It was a great experience then and even greater now! I go to different Santikos theatres, but I do like to occasionally go to the Mayan Palace which used to be the Century South. Maybe I'm bias, but I've gone to other movie theatres and they don't compare to Santikos!

Love the idea that they donate to so many local community groups.
Personally have not had a negative experience in any of the many facilities they have have. Cibolo location has so much to offer. Entertainment center would be a better way to categorize as it's so much more than movie theater.

I love the staff and the fact that I can refill my own drinks and popcorn. I don't have to wait in line and miss my movie.

I usually go during the week to avoid crowds and it’s a great experience but I don’t like the bag search; it feels a little invasive. Maybe metal detectors would be better?

We love Military Mondays! We stopped going to movies around COVID time, but Military Mondays have brought us back! So, we ONLY go to the Mayan!

I like everything there, ambience, the theater, seating, being able to purchase online the tickets. What I don’t enjoy is a lot of self-service like getting my own popcorn, getting my own drinks, etc. I wish we were back to staff handling that for the customer. Just a thought.
