The experience was awesome! Everytime I come to San Antonio and watch a movie at the Palladium its hands down the best viewings, best audio and customer service, whether its at the bar or the concessions.

I love the ease of purchasing my tickets online and how quickly the concession line moves. The seats are great and the theatre is always clean.
We love the grand and the seating, notice some of the motors on the seats were bit loud but that happens over time. We liked the one line created for the concessions, it just does take some time because they usually only have one person working the cashier and getting the items. There were other crew members but they seemed to be working on other things, we did miss the first part of the movie and when walking up to our seats they were already taken by someone else. So we just sat anywhere.. I picked seats early in advance to avoid that happening but I also didn’t ask them to move because the theater was packed out and I didn’t want to bother anyone experience.. normally have never had an issue at the grand but this time around was very different.

Seats were comfortable and wide. Even when I sat at the highest point at the back of the movie theater, I could hear and see very clearly compare to other movie theater I have gone to. Parking was really easy, even got shade from a tree.

I had a good overall experience at this theater, especially with the new ticket kiosk stations. They were very easy to use and made buying tickets quick and hassle-free, which is a big improvement from waiting in line. The process felt smooth and convenient, and it definitely helped start the visit off on a positive note.
That said, I would really like to see more food and concession options available. The current selection is a bit limited, and having more variety would make the experience more enjoyable, especially for longer visits or when coming with family.
The theater itself could also benefit from a little more remodeling and general upgrades. While it’s not in bad condition, some updates would go a long way in making it feel more modern and comfortable.
Ticket prices are a little on the higher side, but that’s understandable given the overall experience and industry pricing. Overall, it was a solid visit, and with a few improvements, this location could easily be even better.
