The carpet is old and I knew it would not come completely clean, there are marks where we walk day to day around our bed that weren’t going to come completely up. That being said they look so much better and it feels better! When you walk the carpet truly feels clean now!

Edward, the technician, arrived on time within the selected timeframe, and was polite and informative throughout his time here.
