The carpet is old and I knew it would not come completely clean, there are marks where we walk day to day around our bed that weren’t going to come completely up. That being said they look so much better and it feels better! When you walk the carpet truly feels clean now!

Edward, the technician, arrived on time within the selected timeframe, and was polite and informative throughout his time here. Our 20 year old carpets cleaned up wonderfully and Edward did a great job. We have cats and the majority of pet stains came out including one that had darkened and "aged" over time. Pros:
This company gives a military discount.
I chose this company solely because of their willingness to honor the military as I had no references and this was my first time using them.
I enjoyed the courtesy call to notify me the technician was on his way.
The technician was courteous, patiently answered all my questions and worked quickly
The carpet smelled fresh and it's color brighter.
Cons:
It did take several hours longer for my carpet to dry than estimated but assume every carpet is different.
My furniture was not moved when the carpet was cleaned, however, after requesting that two upholstered chairs be moved so carpet under them could be cleaned the technician was willing to do but commented that furniture is not normally moved unless it is indicated on order from office. Suggest when appointment is made your requesting/verifying that desired furniture be moved to allow for total cleaning.
I will use this company again and recommend
them.

I just love my carpet again after Zerorez has cleaned knowing that they suck everything from the root of the carpet out, including the dog hair, and it is so naturally clean and fresh again. If you have to have carpet, you have to have Zerorez.
