Ed the technician was friendly and very professional. He gave me different options to fit my needs in the cleaning of my carpets.He suggested a pet treatment but was not pushy at all. I was the last appointment for the day and despite it being late he took his time to ensure his job was done well. My carpets looked great and they were not soaked . I will continue to use them for my future needs. If you want safe for pets and clean not soaked carpets .. I highly recommend for anybody to give them a try .

The carpets were cleaned well. The service people needed more bumpers to prevent damage around corners and up stairs. Another service person is needed to help move furniture. I was told that the service person could not help move furniture because of insurance reasons. Dust and dirt does gather under furniture. I had to move most of the furniture myself.
