I am honestly extremely disappointed in ZeroRez. Not in the service or the employee, but in the fact that our carpets did not get clean! We have a fairly new house, it is less than 1.5 yrs old. We do not wear shoes or have food or drink on our carpet ever. It just needed a general cleaning to get it looking great again. I took before and after pictures, same lighting, same place. There is VERY little to no change whatsoever. Nothing at all. It's like a placebo--very frustrating. ESPECIALLY because it took DAYS to get everything off the carpet, get the entire house vacuumed and ready, and it cost almost $500!! My neighbor also used ZeroRez a couple weeks ago and said the same thing...she didn't see any change in her carpet either. So no, unfortunately I will not ever be recommending ZeroRez to anyone.

I like that when I scheduled a visit with Zerorez they confirmed the date and time via email and also called the day before. I also appreciate that they showed up when they said they would so I knew how to plan my day.
Zerorez did a thorough cleaning of our carpets in a very timely manner. Josh Jones who did the cleaning, was very personable and professional. We are very happy with the quality of the work and feel the cost was certainly reasonable.
