I absolutely love Fitness Factory Rockaway! The gym is always super clean, well set up, and has everything you need for a great workout. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole environment really positive and motivating. Working out with Ahmad is the highlight of my experience—he’s so kind, patient, and encouraging. He knows how to push me to do my best while still making sure I feel comfortable, and that makes such a huge difference. Between the great atmosphere, supportive staff, and Ahmad’s guidance, this gym is definitely my favorite place to be!
Whenever I’m in town, the staff at Powerhouse Gym always make me feel welcome. They’re friendly, accommodating, and go out of their way to ensure I have everything I need for a great workout. The facilities are consistently clean and well-maintained, and the equipment is easy to use and in excellent condition. It’s a smooth, hassle-free experience every time. I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I visit, and I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a solid place to train.

The facility accommodates all ages and abilities. Their staff are very helpful. The equipment is excellent. I also appreciate that they are open early and stay open until late. The time frame allows use when busy people can find time to get away from their busy lives.

I am 55 years old and had never been to a gym. The staff of Joanne, Nancy, and Nicole (I hope I got the names right) were so welcoming and helped me begin my fitness journey.
The other customers in the gym were also friendly, and I feel that positive energy in the facility.
