I love the classes - Gigi, June and Etidal do a fantastic job keeping us motivated, working on correcting our form, providing modifications to the exercises and being supportive.
Numerous classes in the app show “unbooked” - it would be nice to know the name of ALL the instructors. There are numerous errors with the class listings - duplicates and you still haven’t changed the Friday class to BARRE! I hope someone works on these corrections very soon. A description of the classes in the app would be helpful.
The staff is very friendly - Brooke, Justin and Matt always offer a nice greeting. The gym is clean - especially the bathroom.
How about a small trampoline to bounce a weighted ball off of? That would be a nice addition.

Vincent’s Zumba classes are terrific. Getting a little crowded but so far manageable.

I attend June seals classes. I followed her from another gym that closed. She provides different exercises so nothing becomes routine. She monitors all of us to make sure that we are doing each exercise properly and are not going to hurt ourselves.

The facility is clean and the front desk is always friendly .

I love how spacious it is and the different machines available

How can I start and begin, all staff members treat every single member with respect and kindness and the front desk workers m, everytime a worker came to the counter, they all asked everyone that came up to the counter to make sure they been assisted and/or need assistance. This place is very massive and clean and it’s really really cheering me up and making me feel like I’m at the Olympics gym of the world. I love this place and I highly recommend this gym to all those who are interested in going to the gym on a daily basis and keep themselves in shape. Great job Powerhouse gym, god bless you all and your staff members you all are doing an excellent job everyday and keep it up the great and professional customer service.

I love the strength building class that Michelle Williams teaches. She is an awesome instructor.

I like the fact that its not usually overcrowded bc ppl would rather go to planet fitness where it is cheaper but again they are crowded over there. Now for the amount that is paid at club metro considering it is more expensive it would be nice to have the bathrooms renovated/not looking old
