I like the welcoming atmosphere of the gym; someone always greets me when I come in. There's a huge variety of gym equipment available too. I also like the Women's Fitness room.
Great Instructors!
Group fitness classes & instructors. I attend Kristen's, Andrew's and Marely's offerings, but would love more options on Thursday morning (and more cardio kickboxing offerings in general). Friday is too stacked (too many amazing options back to back)- would love if Marely or Andrew could teach some classes on other days of the week!
Overall, the value of Fitness Factory can't be beat. Keep up the good work.

I like the classes, they are constantly upgrading there equipment. They are getting new Treadmills. Great Location. Takes my Insurance.

The gym is excellent and well-organized, offering affordable membership and sufficient, accessible equipment. The friendly member population creates a pleasant environment, greatly enhancing the overall experience.
The classes and instructors are top notch! Everybody is very friendly and welcoming. It’s actually fun to exercise! The floor where the classes are held have a lot of dusty balls . It can be unpleasant. Also , it’s a good idea to keep the hand sanitizers and wipes filled. We all try to clean our equipment after class.
The gym is clean and friendly. Busy but hardly ever have to wait for a machine. Alwayd help if you need it.
