My favorite classes are Zumba (Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday mornings - three different instructors - all excellent), body pump, body combat, strong nation, buts and guts, cardio barre, maxx fit, latin dance, athletic yoga, round 10.

It's a great Gym..! I love it..
I’m always able to get on the equipment and it’s clean. The size of the gym is great. It’s not over crowded with high school kids just hanging out. I appreciate how welcoming and helpful ALL the people working at the front desk are every time I walk in the door. There are a variety of classes available throughout the day which are included in the monthly fee. Most importantly, it’s still within my budget.

Fitness Factory is a great place to work out! I love the positive energy of all the staff members, the wide variety of equipment, and the excellent classes. Every class instructor I've experienced has been wonderful and I've attended several classes, including Pilates, Body Blast, Strength and Tone, Afro Step and Yoga. Hard to find anything negative. I always leave feeling great!

Friendly staff greeting us at the door. Clean facilities (with the exception of the family changing rooms at the Peak Main). Multiple options for fitness classes at the Main. Fun pool area for the grandkids.
