Novi Powerhouse Rocks! I have been a member 5 years this June. This facility is always clean. The employees always kind. The services are numerous. I attend for physical therapy from a car accident. I have trained with Powerhouse trainers (Keith). He was knowledgeable and considerate to my restrictions while still moving me forward. Membership is very reasonable for the services provided. Members are kind & friendly. Sam is a gem! This gym and it's members are family to me. Some days I have a great deal of anxiety from my injuries. I ALWAYS feel better after some time in this gym. Mind * Body * Soul! Do it for you! Your worth it! I am very grateful.

Samy is a great trainer, Jean is a great yoga instructor, and the facility has lots of equipment. One thing I would adjust: reduce the volume on the music.
I’m very satisfied with Brookfield Club 24 and would highly recommend. It is very clean and doesn’t smell bad when you walk in including the locker rooms. There is a good variety of equipment and you are welcomed when you first walk in by the manager and staff. Keep up the great work Brookfield 24.

I love the staff members. They are very welcoming and helpful. My daughter loves the girls from daycare . They are playful and very nice to the kids ❤️
A lot! I love that so much extra stuff comes with the base membership, I do expect this to change soon with all the upgrades happening but I hope some stay such as tanning.

When there is snow, I would prefer that you only a little salt in front of the door and and mop the floors more frequently. I like the West Bank for it's quiet atmosphere and friendly staff and beautiful dressing rooms.
