I like the quiet, relaxing atmosphere at the MAC. The staff is friendly and helpful. I swim laps, use a few exercise machines and the sauna. Would LOVE these additions: an infrared sauna (so helpful to people with autoimmune/arthritis conditions) and a cold plunge tub. Very pleased with my gym membership.
