Group classes!
I've been going to this Fitness Factory for a coupe of years now. A great gym. However, some of the equipment is starting to age, especially the machines when you first enter. The grip on one is torn and a number of the rep and time monitors don't work. Still a great gym.
Absolutley love the gym and the classes being offerred. I have recommended 3, technically 4 people to you guys and they also love the gym. "Hilary Hoyos, Emily Peguero, and Rafael Pacheco" Also Claudia Almeida who did sign up with you guys but she actually ended up exempting her membership due to personal reasons. Nevertheless I do love your guys gym and the group classes you offer very much as It has unlocked my appreciation for group workouts. I would like to see you guys implement a give back program though for customer like me for example who shout you out quite a lot.
Fitness Factory is my favorite gym out of all the ones I’ve been to.

Oftentimes aerobic machines are in need of repair or need new batteries and it seems to take too long for these repairs to take place.

I'm a new gym member, but I think it's a really nice facility. It seems to be kept clean, staff is very nice and it's close to home.

The staff and trainers cultivate a supportive, encouraging and happy environment.
Excellent equipment. Although wish sometimes machines were fixed better.
One wish is add a changing room for the womens locker room.
Also towels available in the locker room would be nice.
Lockers can be an issue. I would like it better if we could bring our own lock and key. Planet fitness does that and it would make life easier. At times, I'd think it was myself not able to use the coded lockers, come to find out they run out of batteries or something and staff needs to open the locker ... then I see there is no sign put on that locker like: Do not use.
That can be frustrating.
Over all Power House is my HAPPY PLACE!
Harold was a great help and this was by far the easiest and best gym sign up I’ve had.

The facilities are good and the classes are great. It's also clean.
The staff is so friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.
The facility is very well maintained and clean.
It has nearly all the equipment that I would need. Classes are included, so overall I believe it's a good value. In addition, it's no more than 4 minute drive from my home.
Convenient locations, plenty of exercising equipment, clean facilities, friendly staff.

Cleaning crews are working all the time to clean the places.
The facility has many machines, pool, sauna and hot bath, of course shower room.
Location is always clean. Equipment is modern and usually everything is working. In the case any equipment breaks down, it is repaired quickly within a few days. The hours are also convenient for a workout before work, or late night.
