The reception area and rooms where very calming and relaxing. Denice was awesome, I had a deep tissue, trigger point message and felt great when I was done. Don’t let her size fool you, she has amazingly strong hands. She was very knowledgable and gave me some things to do at home. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I wish your gift certificates all had expiration dates on them. I got another one for Christmas this year. I called about the one I had from last year to find out when it expired. The lady said it did not expire. Then a few days later, I got an email saying it was going to expire like within 2 days. It is hard to get a good appointment with my schedule and with masseuse the level you like in 2 days. my husband and I also wanted to come together.
For the people who can't afford to be a member yet, the price is really too high for single sessions. I understand you're not really interested in that business model and I'm not your regular customer for that reason.
Anyway, I hope you keep Stephen as a masseuse, he really is perfection!

I found Elements when searching for Aromatherapy massages near me and found they had been rated top for massages by the East Bay Times.
My mom and I both went recently and the entire experience was just wonderful. They offer a wide range of massages. The waiting room is lovely and calming, the staff very helpful and friendly and we had one of the best massages we'd had in years. Your massuist gives you a follow up plan when you're done and I'd recommend Elements to anyone!
Clean , professional, felt great during and after massage
The LMT was on time. The facility was very clean. I like the type of oil/lotion used during the massage. I didn't feel super greasy afterwards. The receptionist was very helpful, patient, & friendly.
I like that massages can be used by an associate member and that I didn't have to commit to a year long contract

The massage therapists are excellent. I have never had a massage that wasn't wonderful. In particular the therapist I had yesterday was excellent and relieved my neck and shoulder distress. I am still feeling better!
