I was a first time customer the day of Christmas 2019. I’m an avid workout enthusiast and my entire right side was locked up. Over exertion along with old age, lol Alex was recommended based on what I told the receptionist, he’s very knowledgeable in sports massage therapy, using a silicone cupping method along with hot compression towels, stretching and deep tissue massage, after 90 minutes of Alex working his magic, I was able to move! I highly recommend Alex and will definitely return!! :-) he’s a 10 out of 5 stars‼️

All staff are very friendly and are clear when they explain your options. It makes it easy to work with everyone there whether it be for the massage itself or billing and scheduling. And I never felt any pressure from billing either when signing up for the membership, which makes the whole experience far more comfortable.

The staff members that have provided massages for me really make an effort to learn my needs, likes/dislikes and in general have always made sure that I left feeling so much better than when I arrived.

I like that Elements is a massage place. It's simple, basic, and professional. I haven't seen Elements try to move outside the scope of massage services, and I like that. They are good at what they do, and stick to it.

My experience at Elements Massage was very positive. The atmosphere was inviting, calm, serene and appealing. Barbara, my massage therapist, was very clear and soft-spoken in explaining the process. The massage was wonderful, very relaxing, especially with the lovely music.
