One small bit of feedback I’d like to share.
Personally when I leave a massage I’d like to pay, take my water and beeline to my car.
Mentally I’m in a relaxed state and would love to extend that euphoria for a long as possible and not have to think about much.
Instead, when I entered the lobby to pay on my way out, I was met with an overwhelming bombardment of questions and felt pressured about subscriptions and deals and goodybags? Even after I replied with “ I’d think about it, there was still yet another push to sell some deal or subscription (“Not like a gym membership” is all I can remember).
Nobody wants to be awoken from a relaxing two hour massage with an avalanche of questions about “deals”
Otherwise- great experience
The therapists are wonderful and the environment is relaxing.
Calm, clean space with good prices and some great masseuses! The membership is worth it, invest in your body!

Always professional from reception to therapist.
My massage therapist is always very kind and accommodating. She makes sure I am having a comfortable and relaxing experience. Very attentive to make sure my massage is the correct level of pressure and that she is targeting all my tight muscles. After my my massage,she always gives helpful suggestions for me to use at home to help ease some of the tension and tightness that build up in my muscles between monthly massage sessions.

We have a monthly membership and look forward to getting our massages. Our masseuses are exceptional(Damaris and Liliana). The front staff is always welcoming and greets us with a smile and a bottle of water. It’s a nice touch however, this time around the girl was on her phone(FaceTime) and didn’t offer us water and talked the entire time we were waiting. We go there to be relaxed and don’t want to hear anyone’s conversations. Again we love it there and will continue to go but can do without that.
