My experience was great. My therapist was wonderful, professional and knew how to keep me relaxed while working out some deep knots. The only reason I gave a 9 is because I cannot wear ear plugs due to feeling claustrophobic when I can’t hear things while in a small room so I heard the conversation next door for my entire massage outside of about 10min of it which was not very relaxing.

This was my first experience getting a massage and Norma was super attentive and very knowledgeable on using the best techniques for my areas of concern while also being considerate of pressure tolerance which I really appreciated! Definitely recommend and after this massage, I realized I needed them sooner! I’ll definitely be back to get them more often to help relieve the tensions I have because it really helped!
