My therapist takes the time to listen and massage deeply without causing pain. He makes sure the knows which areas are hurting due to injury or overuse and then is very skilled at working those spots to promote healing. I have had issues with arthritis in my knee, tennis elbow, surgery on my hand, neck and lower back problems from lifting and moving heavy objects, and regular visits to Elements have really helped me to stay active and mobile without pain.

I appreciated The relaxing atmosphere and professional service. My masseuse Shkaela was excellent, asked the amount of pressure I wanted and it was perfect. I like to just immerse myself and not chat and she did not try to engage me in conversation. I loved the whole experience.

Easy, comfortable and great service and massage
Very pleasant and easy last minute booking. Not very pushy on trying to up sale with add ons, but always ready to answer questions. They just added a stretch session which sounds very nice and exactly what I need before my next appointment.
I love how highly customizable each session is. I can select the length of time, amount of pressure, add-ons like aromatherapy or hot stones, and even select the specific provider I want. I can book the exact service I want, specifically tailored to what I need at the time.
The front desk staff have almost always been super-friendly, kind, pleasant, and professional. Very welcoming.
