Everyone is very friendly and like the place very much.
This was my first visit to Elements. When I called the girl helping heard me trying to calm kids while answering her questions. She didn’t sound upset or mad. She was very calm and polite. When I arrived I was greeted with smiles and welcoming vibes! John was very informative. Didn’t rush me to get ready like other places do. He listened to me and what areas I was had concerned with. The massage was what I needed. Thank y’all for a great experience! I’ll definitely be back.

When I first came in, I was having near-constant tension headaches. In addition to other changes like cutting back on caffeine, using heat on the tense muscles, and stretching daily, I started monthly massage therapy with Leah. Leah is extraordinarily good at finding where the muscle tension arises and working through it. She also always has helpful advice on stretches and exercises to help keep the tension away. I am now pain free most of the time, only getting one or two headaches a month, and Leah is definitely part of the reason for that! I'm extremely grateful! Also, everyone I've interacted with at the Roseville location is very kind and friendly.
That they were able to accomodate my request starting with half hour sessions as I was afraid an hour may be to much based on how sore I was. They got me in quickly and after two half hour sessions I'm going to one hour sessions. The massage therapists really know their stuff, very knowledgeable with the body and how the bones and muscles work. On my second visit, the owner, Jodi, came up to me after I checked in and introduced herself and said that she had read my intake and she was happy they were able to accomodate my request. It made me feel like I really mattered and it's not just another appointment booked for her business but that she really cares about the people that come through her door.
Everyone is very friendly and helpful and I'm looking forward to my next visit.
