The facial by Austin Alfonso was the best facial I have ever received. From top cruise lines to well-known name brand spas, she was the best. She knew my skin type right away, knew my skin was very sensitive and put products on my face, that had no burning effects as this has happened to me before. I highly recommend Austin and cannot wait to treat myself again!
Jessica was great!! She attentively listened and was very knowledgeable in answering all my questions.
The massage was amazing and I felt very relaxed after the 60 minutes. The room was clean and comfortable.

The whole experience from the front desk staff, to the massage therapists, to the management is second to none. They are pleasant, accommodating, knowledgeable, and they make you feel very valued.

Easy to schedule. The massage therapist was very professional.and listened to my needs. Front desk people were frendly and helpful.

Sue was very clear on her style. She did talk fast, but asked me what areas I needed her to work on, and asked specific questions that helped her understand me better. Sue gave a very good massage and kept checking while going to make sure I was ok and she was on track.
Everyone was very polite, friendly, and helpful.
Kristine did such an amazing job with my massage! She found tight knotted muscles i didnt know were there lol. Also gave me a stretch recommendation to help combat the shoulder pain I was getting.

I recently enjoyed a relaxing massage at Elements' Newburyport studio. My therapist, Rose, targeted muscles that were causing discomfort in my back and neck and I left the studio feeling very relaxed and pain free.

My LMT was focused on what I needed from my massage and checked in often to make sure the pressure was on point. The staff was very welcoming as well - they made sure my experience was a great one!

The people that answer the phone and at the front desk are excellent. My massage therapist was also excellent. The only thing I would suggest is the furniture in the waiting area out. Front is dirty. That would be great if you could replace it or get it cleaned.
