The whole experience was great. Check in was easy. Kiara tailored my massage to my specific trouble areas and made me comfortable and relaxed. She was able to apply plenty of pressure, which my back really needed. By the time I was done, I felt relaxed, my back pain was greatly reduced, and my range of motion had improved. Even better, Kiara's massage didn't leave me sore the next day. Five days later and I'm still feeling the lingering effects of the massage. Highly recommend. I would return.
The reception staff is the right balance of friendly and professional. All of therapists I've seen are knowledgeable and offer excellent suggestions for aftercare (like stretches).
