I am an avid cyclist. I put in anywhere between 75-100 miles a week (rain or shine). I've been looking for a good source for a sports massage. Elements came through with flying colors. Amber was thoughtful and listened to my wants and needs. She gave a thorough session with attention to areas that needed more work. Her specialty is deep tissue messages 3 and 4. I'm a bit more inclined for a Swedish 2. I'm planning on making my monthly appointment a regular thing.
