The staff at the West Chester location are phenomenal. Great experience every time I go in!

The staff is very nice from the moment you arrive. I’ve seen multiple massage therapist and all of them do a great job!

Very clean facility. Excellent massage.

I always feel so relaxed after my massages at Elements. Its a warm and comforting space. Highly recommend.

I like how I get the same LMT each time and she knows how to work with my needs. I am older and have a lot of previous injuries, plus new issues arising pretty frequently.

Friendly and professional staff make this experience very pleasant and relaxing.

I enjoy Elements Massage because it is affordable healthcare. The front desk is kind. The therapist are knowledgeable and the price is right.

My massages are always right on time and perfect. I am very pleased about my experience. Larry is the best!

Arielle and CJ are both professional and personable. They focus on the areas that need it most and make a person feel so much better than when they came in.

Katie does an excellent job of massaging and stretching the entire body. Katies doe a great job of preparing me for my monthly visit to my chiropractor later in the day. She is always on time and available when I need her. The front desk staff is excellent as well. When I walk in, I am greeted by young ladies who actually know me and like me and do not appear to be putting on a "front". This is important! I enjoy this establishment!

Always love my experience here at Elements!!! That’s why I continue to come back…

This was my first time at Elements, and I got a facial by Annie. It was perfection from when I walked in. So relaxing. Annie was amazing, suggested after care for my facial and what my skin needs. I will definitely be coming back for more services, and more of Annie!

I just had some trigger point work with Sharon and absolutely loved it.
It isn’t your typical massage where the hands are constantly moving but she finds those spots and works them and it can be intense at moments but the overall experience is relaxing.

Excellent massage, therapist is knowledgeable and professional

Joclyn is the facialist expert at this location. She is highly recommended

It helps me to feel better, to stay healthy.

Casey always provides a great massage! Leigh Ann is fantastic at the front desk.

My therapist Abbie was so kind and relatable. She made me feel comfortable and researched my last appointment to know if I preferred the breast pillow or not. That made things better because I forgot about that. She was prepared.

Great front desk and awesome massage.

Briana was very focused on my needs and did a great job of addressing the areas that needed attention.

Very professional services!

The facilities were clean and comfortable, Amy was wonderful and answered all my questions

The location, ease of getting there. Everyone is very professional and friendly. There are many massage therapists to choose from.

The massage therapist was a great listener and did a great job.

Andres did a great job! He was very knowledgeable, did great work during my hour session, and gave some very helpful feedback and mobility advice during the session wrap up!

Nina is a miracle worker!

It was very clear that the care of customers comes first and that my esthetician was trained professionally and enjoys what she does.
I like that the products are all natural.
I look forward to the next facial.

I wish the waiting area was separate from the front desk space, so it could be more relaxing otherwise the decor is lovely and inviting.

Love Sabrina, her magical hands should be studied. My deep tissue massage was divine and I always shed a tear when it’s over because it’s so wonderful. I always feel amazing afterwards. I am grateful to have found Elements Massage!
