It was a nice relaxing message. I was greeted nicely, was little to no wait time and the massage person was wonderful.
I do not give it a 10 as it seemed a little pricey but I guess that is just the way it is and will have to stretch them out, but I will be back.

Had a lovely 2 hours hot stone with one of their top tier providers. I had a very physical week working up to my appointment, I felt like a new person, came home drank water, had a healthy dinner, and slept like a bear in hibernation!

I used to be a member here and only discontinued as I moved far away but came back because of a gift card and wow things are just as nice as they used to be. Glad to see!

It was easy to schedule online for a time that worked for my schedule and paperwork was easy to fill out online as well. Vicki was very polite and professional, really listened to my concerns. Will definitely be back.
Nicole is a consummate professional. Besides being a proficient masseuse, she is attentive and listens to your concerns. She literally cured my back pain after two visits.

Everyone at Elements West Ashley is great --- the folks in the waiting area and especially my masseuse Reid --- she gets right into problem areas and also does an overall body massage better than most!
The ease of booking appointments, and the care the massage therapists take to ensure you’re comfortable. I like how they ask about pressure throughout and listen to your concerns and address the during the massage. One thing I dislike is sometimes there’s a lack of communication from the front desk to the massage therapist.
Mike listens to activities you have been doing lately and he massages out the knots.
