My massage was great! I had recently taken a fall. My whole body ached. The masseuse did some deep tissue work and trigger release on my arms, legs and back and I felt like a new person after the body work! My body was so relaxed afterwards that I went home and took a 2 hour nap, which is very unusual for me. I had called the day before and surprisingly I was able to get in the next day!

The massage was great! The reason im sticking with elements in the future is the ease of booking. I like that you can see who your provider is, their gender and experience. I also like that there is availability alot of times because ive been to other massage places where the calender shows its booked but they say call if you want an appointment. This makes it harder to see your options and to verify that everything is correct.
