Client Testimonials
I was able to get an appointment very quickly. When I got there I was greeted by numerous friendly staff. My massage therapist was Alisha. It was the best massage I’ve ever had. She was friendly and professional and explained what she thought was best for me. She was very good.
I had a wonderful experience here! I had a massage with Krista and a facial with Jenn, and both were absolutely amazing. I walked out feeling incredibly relaxed and refreshed. I highly recommend both of them!
i loved my massage with kim! the front desk staff is also super welcoming and kind! :)
Great massage, fantastic people, love the accessibility and price.
Always excellent!
My massage therapist did a wonderful job listening to my needs and concerns, making me feel comfortable, and communicating about how different parts of my body were interacting with each other to cause the pain that I had been experiencing. I walked away from the experience having learned a lot about my body and how to prevent future injury.
Perfect experience and I’ll be back!
My therapist is fantastic. He listens to any concerns, addresses them throughout the appointment and makes recommendations for future sessions. Each session is relaxing, comfortable, and so helpful in maintaining a positive wellbeing. Sessions are easy to book and the schedule is flexible enough if adjustments are needed.
Joel is amazing. My pain is gone after my sessions.
The massage staff does a great job, and the facilities are nice.
Overall great experience for a first timer there! Staff was welcoming and respectable. Able to voice anything I needed before, during, or after my session. Loved the melodic music included. Very nice
I love the expectation of scheduling a monthly massage and reserving a time a few months in advance, because if left to do it on my own, I am terrible at scheduling a monthly massage for myself! And I think I'm a kinder, nicer person when I have regular massages! Elements' system of monthly massages keeps me on-track! :)
Friendly receptionist who clearly knew what was going on. Rooms, bed, lighting, music all very comfortable and relaxing. Karina was terrific. The massage experience was really great. Will be back
Friendly staff - great massage!

Addressed real problem areas.
I randomly booked this massage through groupon. When I called to schedule the appointment, they told me who they had available. I booked with Rick and he was amazing. If I lived in the area, I would definitely visit often. Rick is a great massage therapist! Highly recommend.
Wonderful. The receptionists are very accommodating. I have used different therapist. All have been excellent.
It was easy to schedule my appointment online with my preferred massage therapist. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and I was greeted with a smile and our interaction was very courteous. My massage was amazing - as always - and I added the aromatherapy which was a pleasantly relaxing experience. Overall, I had a great experience with Elements Walnut Creek and I look forward to my next visit.
Everyone is very professional and kind. The facility is lovely and the massage therapists are great!
The massage therapist, Judith, easily saw what my issue was and spent the session helping me to get back into balance. She is a nice person with a passion to help others feel better. I called to schedule my appointment and the person on the phone was helpful and got me scheduled. The check in process was easy. The MEMBERSHIP is very flexible and reasonably priced. Worth a visit to Elements Massage!
Nice therapists, takes their time to learn your needs!
