Chelsea was very knowledgeable and explained things very well as she worked the difficult areas. Also explained proper techniques for stretching and massage. She knew my pressure limitations just by feel. That is pretty impressive to not have to be told. She even accommodated my needs and added time that cut into her own time which I greatly appreciated as I was unaware how badly I needed the additional time. Thank you. Already signed up for my next appt.

The masseuses do an excellent job of relieving muscle pain. They are knowledgeable in their field of expertise like Himalayan salt rocks, deep tissue, herbal ritual or whatever add-on you select. Great Place!

I like getting a text reminder a couple of days ahead. Since closing the Sherwood location it takes longer to get to LO, but I'm happy I could follow my therapist to your location. Sara is really skilled using a variety of treatment modalities. She's able to read my body's response and I have learned the value of asking for cups so she doesn't have to use so much pressure trying to work on the recurring "knots" I need help releasing. I definitely refer her to my friends and family.
