The overall experience is very relaxing. From the minute you walk in, it’s clean, quiet and comfortable. The massage rooms are soothing with nice beds, soft music and lighting. The staff is friendly and efficient. I’ve tried a few different places and haven’t found one I like as much as Elements (at least the one I go to in Costa Mesa). Very pleased.

Stephanie has been such a wonderful help to my physical health. She is professional, and I appreciate that Stephanie has such a diverse background and knowledge of medical massage. I have a very stressful job and some very specific health conditions. I have been so grateful to have found such a talented massage therapist.

I have also enjoyed my interactions with all of the support staff when I check in and out, (I do not know everyone's names yet), but they have also been kind, professional and helpful.
