The massage at Elements was wonderful!
The space is calming and clean. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. My massages with Frederick have been excellent and very therapeutic. He is experienced and listens to my concerns. He has resolved every problem I have brought up including pain in my knees, a very tight shoulder causing numbness in my hand, and a sore hip. It's quiet and comfortable in the treatment rooms. I leave feeling relaxed and well cared for. I have never had anything less than excellent customer service.

I got the regular 60 minute massage with the cupping add on. I feel like a new woman. All the stress I was holding in my tight muscles is gone. My anxiety is gone. I feel happier and lighter. At work I felt like I could tackle anything, I was so chill. Thanks to my wonderfully fabulous masseuse! Seriously, thanks.

My massage therapist - Shavon Beckley - is the best! Also appointments are easy to schedule. I always receive the requested invoice for insurance purposes quickly after each visit. There is also free (but very busy) parking in the basement.
I've been going to Jill for a few years. She is absolutely fantastic! Everyone is very helpful and nice. Would recommend to anyone.

Everything they are all very good and Jenni is the absolute best. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. You get exactly what you ask for whether it’s very light to very deep. They repeatedly ask if the pressure is ok and if not how can they fix it. Jenni makes me very comfortable.they are all very polite and if you want to converse they are very happy to talk to you and if you just want to be silent they are fine with that too. Always bend over backward to do what you want and to make sure you are happy and have a wonderful experience.
The whole gang is very professional and the message helps this old body feel much better.

Tom Draht, my massage therapist at Elements in Sunnyvale is the best! He is excellent at deep tissue massage. He is also a very nice person and I enjoy and look forward to my massage appts with him. I'm a long time client of Elements because Tom has been consistently great at addressing any shoulder or back issues I have.
The receptionists especially Danielle are really friendly and accomodating. I enjoy coming in for my appts and my interactions with the front desk before and after.

The space is clean, calming and relaxing. My therapist is the best! Brittani does such a good job - the right level of touch and she works on all my trouble areas perfectly while giving me an all over great massage. Love coming to get my massage here.
The Salem salon is inviting & relaxing and the staff was friendly while professional. I enjoyed my first session there — & immediately signed up for membership!

Excellent therapist Ana, trained very well. She was a master therapist, didn’t find out you pay a higher rate for her until we got there, but it was worth it. Should put it on the website. Also didn’t care for them telling me how much to tip, that should be my discretion, but again she was excellent. Facility was clean.
