Heather is the best massage therapist I have ever had! 10 stars for everything she does! Personality, and the hands on care she gives is beyond any other therapist I have ever seen.
This was the best massage I’ve ever had! Jessica was great in asking what areas were really troubling me and did an incredible job on prioritizing those while keeping in mind old injuries that needed to be avoided. The pressure was perfect and it was a very relaxing experience throughout. I’ll definitely be back!

Friendly office staff. Varied experiences with different therapists, which is expected.
Flexible membership policy (credits never expire and can be reallocated between 60-90 min sessions). Helpful front of house staff. Nice environment. Great massage therapists.

CONNIE!!! Probably don't need to say more than that, but she is gracious, caring and knows how to manipulate the body well to provide relaxation and relief! I walk in with tight muscles that hurt for days and. after her wet-hot packs and massage, I leave without any pain.
Last thing I like... it's 8 minutes from home!!
Vanessa is the best. If you want a deep tissue massage, she's your girl.

I thoroughly enjoyed my afternoon of self-care at Elements. I started out with a wonderful, fully customized 90 minute massage with Josh. He took his time to understand my goals for our session as well as identifying trigger points in need of a release. Then I had an amazingly relaxing facial with Livi. She was incredibly gentle which just goes to show that glowing skin doesn’t have to be painful. She selected specific products from the Sanitas line to maximize an effectiveness without irritating my reactive skin. My favorites were the Lemon Cream Cleanser to the Pumpkin Enzyme Mask. Can’t wait for my next visit!
It is always relaxing and gave is awesome. He is respectful, and is able to work out tension I didn't even know I had.

I don’t have a lot of money so it’s hard for me to spend 89 every month. With that being said I continue to go and keep my membership because of my message therapist Kylie. She is the reason I keep going she does an amazing job and has really helped me feel better. She is a pleasure to talk to and does an amazing job every session. She is very educated and it shows by her exceptional service. I highly recommend her to anyone and she needs recognition for her exceptional service!!!
