I liked the front desk staff professionalism. I like the validated parking but I wish it was long enough to cover a 2 hr massage.
Everybody was friendly and professional. The place was clean, warm, and inviting. Kristine (hope I spelled her name correctly) did a fabulous job, checked periodically to make sure I was in my comfort zone. I was very thankful that the gift card my daughter bought me 2 Christmas' ago, (yes I said 2 years ago) was valid. I do not like places that put expiration dates on gift cards because if someone spends the money, then the service should be honored. You all jumped to the top of my list of liking when there was no questions about the gift card. Thanks!

Every time Ive gotten a massage at Elements there has been a reason, I was in pain or my range of motion was restricted etc, and each time after the massage the issue is noticeably better! It’s such a relief!
So thankful for the Elements team! Bryan is my massage therapist. When I started seeing him a year ago my body was in so much pain. So my appointments were for pain relief. Now they are to maintain the relief I have gotten through going and relaxation. The receptionist have been so helpful and kind whether I contact them via text phone or speak to them in office! I highly recommend going.
