The coach was very explicit on what was beong done wrong, how that impacts her swim and how to do it correctly. Then gave my daughter in the moment coaching as she practiced.
Jason, the instructor, felt rushed and hurried with my 4 yr old, and did not take the time to make her at ease because she was very scared. The facility did also not feel welcome to young children in the bathroom.
Love the smaller size of the classes, feel you are given more attention and therefore given better feedback and proper direction.
We knew what to expect and got it.
Excellent coaches, flexible and responsive customer service. Classes are fun!
Clean, warm, friendly -- we've only been to one session but kids love it
Everything. Both customer service and swim coaches are great, flexible, and friendly.
Longer and drop-off lesson options for kids. Less crowded than other swim schools. We've done both Goldfish and Foss. Former wasn't great management - I tried multiple times to coordinate private or semi-private lessons with no success. Also, with 1/2 hour class of four students, kids only get 7 minutes of swimming by the time you add in instruction. Foss was too focused on safety rather than combining it with swim skills.
Great service, quality trainer, good location
Location & instruction
The instructor is good, however, the men's locker room is not great and pool was a bit cold at Swift Elementary. No big deal though.
The bathrooms and general pool floor area could be cleaner. The floors near the pool also seem a little unsafe with how slippery they can get with wet. It would be great if there was anything you could put down to help prevent adults carrying children or children from slipping.
warm water. nice staff. great safety techniques for swimmers
It's extremely uncomfortable inside the swim studio for parents. I couldn't wait to get out of there - the humidity/warmth is very unpleasant. Perhaps some fans or something to move the air?
Swim is dramatically easier for me, I can swim long distances without exhaustion
All of the staff was friendly and helpful. The coach, Natalie, was great with my two girls.
Lesson was good. Facility could be a lot beret. Instructor Alex was great. Looking forward to the next lesson but not looking forward to the women's locker room. However, keep the warm shower running!
I like how responsive the office is via phone and email. I like how small the pools are for my small child. The swimming instructors are friendly.
Very nice people. Always accommodating our needs.
Ella was great Loved technology
Chance to learn to swim using Total Immersion
High level of professional exhibited by swim coaches; their ability to focus on what is needed to reach goals.
Easy in/out, warm pools, the activities & instructor kept my child's attention.
Very friendly and great working with kids of all ages. This is exactly what we were looking for in an introductory course for our son.
For me the location (Swift) is convenient and one of the reasons I finally decided to take lessons. Also, staff is warm and supportive - which important for adults who are finally learning to do something many learn in childhood.
More feedback on my child's progress would help, and faster progress overall. I know this is child specific, but after the initial mastering of the basic skills, I feel progress has been slow.
I love the facilities and the customer service.
We really like the private instruction, and that the pool is not crowded with children.
