We love the ease of registration and the teachers are so in sync with the kiddos - never pushing to do anything outside of comfort zones, but still challenging so they learn and grow as little fishies!
The swim coaches are knowledgeable and the staff is very friendly and helpful with scheduling classes.
Wonderful instructors. But water temperature is too cold. My son complains about it every class and he is considering quitting because of that. He wears 3 layers including a wetsuit, and a swim cap, but it’s not enough to prevent him from getting cold. He says it’s the coldest pool he has ever known.

Location. The location is not very appealing to adult swimmers. The water is always freezing and the locker room looks really bad.
I love the instructors but I think another cleaner/nicer facility would make a huge difference.
Everything, people are friendly, instructors are great, I've enjoyed the entire experience from the beginning.
I like that my son was able to join the beginners class with babies/toddlers that have varying degrees of experience with swimming.
Personalized service, great instructors, and the small, well-run facilities make it easy for my child to focus and improve.
I like it when the pool is clean and the men's locker room has been picked up. However, it would be nice if the showers had soap in the soap dispensers.
