Great with the kids and the facilities are clean and comfortable for the learning experience.
The angelic patience of the coach. And the privacy
If you advertise TI instruction that is what it should be the last two sessions really have just been swimming classes.
Shower heads leak, especially the handheld ones in both the women’s and men’s restrooms; floors need to be deep cleaned more often, especially in the lobby, waiting area and bathrooms; friendliness of front desk staff; swimsuit spinners to dry out the swimsuits.
Great teachers
Instructors at Chicago Blue Dolphins are very creative in the way they teach their students ,in which it captures there full attention and they are able to learn quickly.
Everything, especially the instructors, also, how everything is run very well. I had never had any issues with anything really.
The instructors are very nice and caring. My kids have learned to swim quickly and they enjoy it.

Good coaching and easy scheduling
Some inconsistency in the quality of the instructors. Some are very engaging and reach teach each activity. Some just seem to run the students through the activities without much feedback or explanation.
The services are exceptional the staff are polite and knowledgeable. We have been to other swimming school and Chicago Blue Dolphins it's a calm environment where they take time to teach a person to swim.
Very professional ,nice and patient with the kids
During my first session, I felt as ease in the water all thanks to the guidance of my instructor. I will definitely be coming back!
We really liked Colleen. She was great with both kids. But I was really underwhelmed with the quality of the facility. The equipment seemed worn out and old and the environment seemed dirty and dingy. Thanks anyway.
Coach Colleen - she's awesome and through her patience and being firm [holding the line] but in an utterly encouraging and friendly way that doesn't come across as "firm" at all, she's inspired my 5 yo to listen, exhibit self-discipline, and he is more willing to try and push himself because of her. Not just in swimming. She's a gem.

Easy to set up, very organized, professional staff
Hands-on swimming experts provide constant feedback on stroke and technique at weekly drill sessions. And, total immersion method really works! best
Feedback on my stroke was spot on and it was follow up by practical fixes that i was able to quickly incorporate into my training. It's easy to spot what's wrong, but the art is in identifying what to fix first before moving on the the next thing. Great lesson!
