Chas did a fantastic job and couldn’t recommend him more. I was on the fence about getting an inspection on a new construction home but it turned out to be worth every penny. Chas was on time and was very willing to answer any questions that I had. He found several areas that needed to be addressed that I would have otherwise missed. The report was extremely thorough and detailed not to mentioned delivered less than 12 hours of the inspection. Whether new construction or a preowned home if you were on the fence about getting an inspection stop thinking about it and call Chas!
