Inspection report was very detailed and included pictures to document findings. Inspector showed me, the buyer, where I would need to perform regular maintenance, like changing the furnace filter, etc. Inspector also labeled and showed me where water shut-off valves and water drainage pipe were. Inspector was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in a professional manner.

Comprehensive and well explained

I did my home inspection during the month of September-13. We did listed the property for sale on OCT-1st. The buyer also hired Ameri spec and did inspection on Oct-26. There is a difference in the both the inspection reports. So, this is something surprised me and I wouldn't recommended Amerispec to others.
