I wish I had used Amerispec when I bought my last house. I enjoyed Amerispec professionalism and their thorough report. The report outlined repairs in the order of the importance. And the report gave helpful hints for home owners. Thank you!

He was honest. He did not put on heirs. I am an engineer myself with 50 years of experience.
The person you sent was honest about what he knew and what he did not know. He had ideas and suggestions about how I had configured my house and what I had planned in the future and answered my questions. He also gave me a handout " Home Energy Guide Assessment " And went thru it with me on what I should look for in the future. He had a lot of information.
The one spot that could be improved on was if you send a person to a place like my house in the future in a rural area is make sure they have snow tires on. It is winter and it is Canada.
I love everything about David. He was awesome and thorough with the inspection. He explained things and was attentive to the little details. He also did an awesome job addressing our concerns. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

The tub in the hall bath was damaged and repaired prior to purchase, and the tub leaked significantly into the garage. This should have been noted in the inspection. I am very disappointed!!!
Prompt, on time. Explained process and answered our questions. Gave advice as to areas homeowners can improve on our own.IE: spray insulation on exposed joists, replace door weatherstripping, insulate around door frame, attic hatch.

The inspector Aaron was prompt, courteous and friendly. He explained everything from what he was looking for and why, tips on making our home more efficient. He also explained how the rebates would work. We also appreciated that Fred delayed our reinspection as the programs changed and we could potentially receive more grant money. Would highly recommend.
