It was such an easy process. They showed up on time, were efficient and explained everything in great detail. They've made it easy to contact them and get more information as needed as well.

Although I received an email to tell me to have all receipts ready I was unprepared for how quickly the evaluator moved through the process. It seemed very hurried and I did not have time to think if I had missed anything.
Henry Fong was very professional and open to answer all questions I had regarding the audit. He offered advice to insulate against air leaks in my home. I found the inspection to be very thorough as opposed to another I had done recently. He checked my attic down to my crawlspace and the blower door test revealed just how much air leakage my house has. Henry was here for 3 hours and was very patient with all my questions. I would 100% recommend Henry Fong and Amerispec.

The technician was quite helpful and made some good suggestions.
Not satisfied. They always made sure there is a way out for them and these are described in fine prints. I wasn't provided with those fine prints before I hired them. They classified Radon system as passive while I later found out it is an active system with a fan on the roof. They did not do a complete inspection of the roof.

Inspector was personable and communicated factors that needed attention. His report came a few hours after the inspection which had pictures of needed attention along with the profession one could connect to cure the problem. I’m thinking of hiring the company to go through my own house to help me see where I should focus to keep my home viable.
