I really liked that the inspector took time with me on the phone to tell me about the results of the inspection. I found email correspondence and telephone communication with your office was excellent. The inspection document is chock full of good information for homeowners.
The only thing that would have improved my experience would have been the ability to pay by visa. When buying and selling a house, cash flow is often affected. It would have decreased my financial stress to have been able to put this expense on my credit card until the house transactions freed my banking.

We do not know what you could do to improve because we have not had anything to do with house inspectors to compare. We thought Jason was knowledgeable and confident it what he knew answered our questions to we feel the best of his knowledge.

Very professional. Steve willing to explain process and offer suggestions to make the process go smoothly.
Your contract has so many disclaimers that it's difficult to actually determine the value of your services since you don't seem to take responsibility for anything including your own negligence. If a potential home buyer can't rely on the information in the inspection, in many respects it obviates the whole point of having an inspection done at all.
