Very thorough.
We had an amazing experience with Stéphane Blanchard, he took the time to properly explain to us every details and provided an excellent service. We appreciate all his help and it was also a pleasant time when calling to book the inspection by phone. The lady was very polite and once she heard my husband and I speaking English, she quickly changed to accommodate us without asking which is what a good service requires.

Home inspection was thorough and our inspector was informative and honest in his review.
Our inspector, Matt, was very engaging and enthusiastic about his work. He made sure he gave us the info we needed verbally and then all the detail was in the report. The report was available late in the day the inspection happened - I greatly appreciated that.
The report has a lot of nuance to it, separating out what the current homeowner should do now and what might be very helpful for us to do as new owners. I didn’t expect that and am grateful for it.
Matt opened and closed every door, tested every electrical outlet and checked the temperature of the air coming out of every heat register.

Service was timely. Inspector was great. The report is nice and detailed, but seems mostly boilerplate. I've been contacted several times via email and phone to follow up on "complementary" service to sign up utilities. I'm not interested in that.
