Fantastic service. Better customer service then most companies these days. Appointments were kept and anytime they had an opportunity to move us up for faster inspection dates they contacted us. Very very impressive group. Also very helpful with understanding the full process of securing rebates and what not.

There has been no follow up despite several emails and calls from myself. It's been 35 days since the inspection. I'm not sure if I've been scammed by Amerispec or what is happening.
I am going to file a complaint with the better business bureau and other feedback venues so people are aware of how I have been treated. As a 73 year old senior I feel that I have been willfully ignored.
I was very happy with Mr. Hall's professionalism as well as his approachability. Great Guy and very informative report. One thing which he spoke about was the binders which the company used to hand out and I would be interested in one of these!

AmeriSpec, in particular Aaron Lee, was at our home twice. First time to conduct an energy audit and then the second visit was a follow up inspection after we had an upgrade done and had received the detailed reports of the results from the initial audit.
I was very impressed on both occasions. Aaron was very knowledgeable, very thorough, he took the time to explain all the tests he was doing, and when he could immediately give us his opinion he did so. Aaron was very friendly, outgoing and he made certain all our questions were answered,
I highly recommend AmeriSpec and would definitely use their services again.
The inspector was very patient and answered all my client's questions. The follow up was nice too. One thing to improve is the report should include a summary page which highlight all the items that needs repair.

Even tho my request was unusual, only inspecting 1 room. Everyone I spoke to was respectful and kind. At first they were not able to do the single room inspection. The lady I spoke to told me they couldn't do what I was asking. Instead of leaving things at that, she checked with her higher ups and contacted me. She informed me that they could perform my request if I was still interested. They inspector came out, checked over everything, and I received a written explanation of his findings.

He identified a potential problem with our septic system and recommended we have it inspected.
His concerns were accurate and resulted in having repair work completed in a timely manner and saved us from having a total septic system failure.
