The estimator came to the house. Said he would send me the estimate in 10 minuets Two days later, still no estimate.
I got a $5700 estimate to seal coat a 3700 square foot driveway. The second estimate I got for the same service was $1600. Do you think I will ever contact your company to handle any future projects.
I am going to buy $500 worth of materials from Home Depot and do the job myself.

I don't like not being able to get the same color frame inside and out without having to be inconvenienced and have the frames taken back to be painted and the extra cost

3. Haven’t gotten a written estimate for interior remodeling, but got one for back yard fence only - I did send an email requesting to get the estimate but haven’t seen it yet.
If I’m having trouble now, I fear that work will be delayed or not properly done.
Price was thousands better at Pella with much shorter lead times.
I called to get a quote then I changed my mind you all canceled the order with no issues. Next time I need service I will call for a quote!
Cost is a big factor with our decision. We prefer the Marvin Infinity windows but the overall cost was over our anticipated cost for a whole house project. We’ve had purchased and installed an Anderson Wood Patio door from Woodland and we are extremely happy with the installation. We even recommended you to my brother in Chicago that recently had a double French door installed.
Ryan is good to work with, always responds quickly, no issue there.
Just waiting on pending permits from the city of Algonquin.
Friendly knowledgeable staff, well equipped showroom with samples of all the products we were considering. No nonsense, low pressure sales technique. Our needs were the number one priority. We didn't feel that we were being misled or pushed in any particular direction.

Great detailed explanation of window & door replacement process and quality of materials.
Unfortunately the cost is greater than we had hoped.
I wanted an estimate for my outside roof and all I got from the estimator was a look at my inside bedroom ceiling and determined I needed a whole new roof. I was very disappointed, at least explain to me where on my roof was so bad it needed to be replaced.
So far communication
At this point, we have only had the initial meeting to discuss the project and get an estimate. I am unable comment on the service as no work has been done to date.
How long is the quote good for?
The very friendly customer service and I like the fact my consultant was early which allowed me to run other needed errands
The call center person, Angela Yates has not rescheduled the consultation to look at our building. We informed her that they would need a long ladder to reach the 3rd level of a typical brownstone in DC and she has yet to come back to us. This was over a week ago. So at this time we are not prepared to recommend this company.
Have always had great things to say about Woodland! Great people and wonderful help! They wont stir you wrong!
Not a very good experience. You guys come out tell me it’s going to be 14K for my door. I ask how much is the install cost and the guy says about 50%. Common sense tells me I get a contractor for 1200 and it saves me 6K. Shouldn’t be that much of an extreme for the same exact labor.
Only reason I was given for the higher cost is you guys stand by it. Like that’s enough to justify 6K more in cost? Then you leave me with an email saying “here’s your quote let me know else we can be of service.” You guys must work with millionaires!
