Price lower
After being told the price for a new driveway would be $14,400, I told the gentleman that we obviously weren’t communicating. I told him I merely wanted my driveway resurfaced and properly graded raising the sunken areas adjacent to the garage. He acknowledged that he thought I wanted a new driveway, but would get with his paving contractor and email the cost specifically Including all work including cleanup activities. I was provided the original $14,400 which showed he wasn’t listening.
I have not received the quote. Bob sent it to me while at my house yesterday. I texted him today that I did not receive it and please resend. I have not gotten it yet.
Communication with consumer is not good

Nothing. The person that came by to provide an estimate was very nice and accommodating.
It was a great consultation with Bill. My only concern is pricing. Outside of that speaking with Bill you seem to be a very reputable company and I'm sure I will use your business in the future.
We're hopeful that everything will go as planned without a hitch.
Until then, we can say no more.
The estimating experience.
Very professional and friendly
The estimate I received is 14K higher than my lowest and 13K higher than the second. Not sure if it was done correctly and when I asked for the square footage of the siding it was not able to be provided.
I have chosen another company for our fence install.

Your advertising is deceptive.
The estimators were timely and very polite. Although the 1st estimate was a little pricey, when they called back to discuss a least expensive option, I was pleased.

Even though the rep, Ryan, was very professional and provided us with information in a timely manner, the quote was more than we could afford at this time for the new windows.
Erin was very professional and knowledgable, which gave me confidence that the work done by Beltway would be quality.

The sales person was very professional, caring and knowledgable. The pricing is not in our budget at this time, even in financing the project at this time with the current situation.
I like the way that Allied approached my situation. No pressure sales, very professional and accessed the project and was able to see other needs.
No show
With 30 minutes left on the 2hr window I get a call that they would arrive in 45 minutes..1 hour and half later. I called no answer.
So I text forget it.
They did not come at the appointed time then sent me an estimate that was way over priced with very little detail to it.
