The price quote was within the range of budget for 2nd project. Advertising misleading on 1st project.

Excellent Individual who cam e by to provide estimate. Very courteous and prompt. Problem was that price provided for driveway repair was 4 times all other estimates. 17K is not nowhere near what a new driveway costs. It should cost somewhere between 4200 and 5K depending on the level of prep work.

I thought we had a 530pm appt and rep arrived at 6pm. Sat in car having cigarette. I went over to car to say I was there. Estimate was 2x others so not taking your offer. Sorry.
I was provided an invoice, without a written price. The price was verbal.
When I called about how the payment was collected, I did not like the response.
My consultation with Phil Marriotti was very informative. I am waiting to hear from my condo board. I cannot afford to pay for this on my own.

The appointment went very smoothly, I am making sure that when I do receive the quotes that I weigh all options.
The representative was very nice. When I contacted Allied, I asked for an estimate for painting the exterior of a house having weathered aluminum siding. The rep first spoke to my daughter before I got there, telling her that painting the siding would not give the results she wanted. He began estimating for new vinyl sidng, which was not what I had asked for. After he told me the same thing, I told him that I had personally painted 2 houses in the area(my aunts and my own) which had lasted for at least 20 years. He then estimated for the paint job. It infuriated me that he first tried to sell a new siding job instead of the requested paint job. I gave the job to another company since their quote was less than Allied, also because of my first encounter with Allied.

Beltway Builders did not show up for our ore scheduled appointment
Bill was SO professional. He alerted me to his arrival time and was on time to the minute. (previous company who gave an estimate was 30 minutes late and sat in car with a cigarette until I went to his car to invite him to give me the quote he was there for). Bill was informative and knew what he was talking about. We sealed the deal and I feel comfortable with the company he represents.
Price was way too high. Found it cheaper at another copany.
The man who was sent to my house was rude and disrespectful and would not even listen to me as if he owes me.
