Yes. The pricing that was in the advertisement was 10x different then what I was expecting. You had a price for a bathroom that was $3,999.00. The estimate that I was told was 18K to 20k. I would mind you that the bathroom was already dry walled and it only needed a toilet, sink and shower which was already ruffed in. I received other prices which was clearly under your price. Sadly to say the advertisement was not forthcoming with the estimate.
This process is taking longer then expected and I have to email to see where we are in the process. It took me constantly emailing about the over payment of my deductable to be refunded to me.

The estimate was out of our budget
I paid my deposit a week ago and do not have a date for construction.
The man who came to give me estimate struggled to get up my stairs. He was extremely out of breath.
Then he measured (imprecisely) my sliding glass door and gave me a total amount of money within 10 seconds. He gave me no explanation of what is involved or how that price was determined.
When I asked the brand name of the sliding door to be installed, he struggled to come up with the name Simonton. He gave no explanation of the features of the proposed door.
This was an extremely disappointing. I have NO desire to hear from anyone from your company again.

Your estimator never gave me an estimate after coming to my home and when leaving he said I would have it in an hour and a half. Here we are 3 days later, no estimate and no response to two emails.
I was supposed to receive a written estimate soon after their visit on Thursday, October 22. I never received a written estimate and emailed Matt Lucas a few times to encourage him to get that to me. My insurance company is waiting for a written estimate. I am now contacting other contractors to do the job.. Name removed
