The person who came to give me an estimate for my deck arrived on time but wasn’t able to come up my front steps because of medical issues. I understood and they were going to send someone else. Haven’t heard from the company since.
Didn't give an estimate yet. Did not ask for input on the project.
Everything went well.
The estimator came 5 hours early, with no call or email confirmation. My wife was working from home as a teacher, and I was at work. She was not able to speak with him, and his estimate was astronomical in price, and not at all what we had requested. I will be seeking estimates elsewhere that are more professional and respectful of the times that were scheduled.

Estimate was way out of line. In fact it was ridiculous to even consider an estimate that high. Also I see a lot of very bad reviews for Beltway Builders so I would have to think twice about using you even if the estimate was in line.

Beltway Builders built a new deck for me this past summer and I am looking forward to them completeing the main floor in the house.
The gentleman that came to estimate our job was very courteous. He took all the measurements and we are now waiting on the estimate.
I was quoted $7600 labor only for a project that involves installing plastic tracks and panels on the underside of a 22x14 rectangular deck along with some gutters. This is at best a 2 day project. $7600 / 16 hours is $475/hr. I didn’t realize I was signing up for neurosurgery. Either your man didn’t understand the scope of the project or this was a blow off bid. I would have had more respect for your company if you just said the job is too small for us and referred me to someone else. This quote was an embarrassment and is filed appropriately in the garbage.

It’s too soon to tell. I need to make a decision first. I will say that working with Patricia Owens was a much different and better experience that I’ve had with some of the other contractors I have been in touch with
Still haven’t received our quote or any follow up email. I reached out to your PM to follow up with her and have been ghosted so far. As a PM in the construction industry myself I view this as unacceptable.
The Project Manager arrived on time and understood the task.

Representative was excellent but price too high
The project manager Jake was courteous, knowledgeable on the best products to accomplish my project goals. I felt confident that my concerns were heard and addressed professionally. I recieved a quick and reasonable estimate for the project and a realistic time frame for materials and installation. I am happy with the level of service provided.
