The estimate was very expensive compared to other quotes.
I have nothing to say because nobody ever contacted us after measuring our property. Two weeks have passed. I reached out via email today to the person that gave me their business card but they have not responded. We hope their okay.

Your adjustor quoted me a rough price of $24,000 for vinyl which is just way too high. I set my budget at no more than $4,500 since I'm retired and will not over extend what I feel comfortable with.
The calculations given to me in the quote was wrong. I emailed Dave Friia about it and hadn't gotten a response yet.

You tried to charge me 19,000 for a vinyl fence that was over priced by 10,000 dollars that’s bad business and price gauging.

When arranging for estimate, nothing was stated by the pleasant scheduler about a$450 minimum. When the guy who was scheduled to visit 11:30-1 called at 11:35 to say sorry, he was in traffic, I was impressed; but he was the one who revealed the $450 minimum-& clearly my job need was not worth $450.
I texted him a pic of the job, which seemed to make SO much more sense than having someone waste time/gas on a visit that apparently wouldn’t be fruitful. I have received no response regarding the texted pic of the job I need done (2 shutters painted, discussed w scheduler) & am now looking for alternatives (but still secretly hopeful there is no minimum & someone with a ladder can find 20 minutes to paint the stupid shutters. They’re not even slatted. Just rectangles. Grrr)

I like the professionalism of the service and how prompt they were in addition to the fact that they sent a very detailed proposed service cost estimate via email in addition to the fact that I had a previous contractor come out and he was nowhere near as professional as Allied Restoration restoration services
