The gentleman that came out was very nice however he had no ideal what he was doing. He ask me to show him a video of what I wanted. I went on YouTube to show him what I wanted & from thin air he gave me an estimate of $5,800 for a under decking ceiling. Ridiculous I ended the consultation. He stated he had to give me an estimate. I went back inside my home. A total waste of my time!
The project manager, Joe, knows his stuff and was a very nice conversation. His quote was very reasonable.
I would love to go with the Bordner Home Improvement, but the price is just not realistic for a typical middle class family.

The communication has been inconsistent. I still have yet to receive my estimate or hear from the estimator.

Provide reasonably service
John was very professional and responsive. I just cannot believe you charge $200 for and estimate. This makes it impossible to get more than 1 estimate, unless I am willing to throw away $200. Most of the other contractors I am dealing with do not do that and they great reviews as you do. It sounds as though you do great work, from what I have read, but I would be foolish not to get estimates before I decide which contractor to go with.

A clear understanding of scope
I just wanted my shower floor tile replaced and I got a quote to replace it and my bathroom floor tiles because of some leeks that may occur!! Really!!! Also for the price I can get my whole bathroom remodel. Thanks but no thanks.
Estimated cost was more than budgeted for the services.
